This policy explains how CristallPont S.R.L. processes information when you browse the site, request a photography session, pay a deposit, or opt in to news.

2. Information we collect
Booking details may include your name, email, phone number, requested date and time, selected service, message, and payment status. We do not store full payment card details; Stripe processes them securely. If you consent, we also store your newsletter subscription through Mailchimp.
3. Why we use it
We process booking information to answer your request, deliver the contracted photography service, issue invoices, prevent abuse, and meet legal accounting obligations. Optional marketing and analytics are based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Service providers
Data may be processed by Stripe for payments, Mailchimp for opted-in newsletters, Google for consented analytics, and hosting providers necessary to deliver this website. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and applicable safeguards.
5. Retention and rights
Booking and invoice information is kept only as long as necessary for the service and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing us. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority.
6. Photography
Personal-use image rights are included with a session. Portfolio use is discussed transparently; exclusive rights can be selected as an add-on. Please contact us if you want an image removed from public display.
